Beyond the boardroom, Ms. Henning holds a doctorate in global leadership and change, earned at Pepperdine University in 2026, with research examining mindfulness and its relationship to global leadership effectiveness. Her work explores how self-awareness and presence shape the way leaders negotiate, build trust, and perform across cultures.

It is the same conviction that guides how she builds companies and serves clients: that the most durable results come not from leverage, but from understanding, integrity, and genuine trust.
