About Me
Dr. Henning leads AREA, a pre-seed PropTech venture rebuilding the residential real estate transaction through patent-protected AI, and continues her work as broker-owner of STATUS International Real Estate.
The integration of inner clarity and outer effectiveness is the through-line of her work. Twenty years of licensed brokerage practice across California and Nevada inform the operating thesis behind AREA. Doctoral research on mindfulness and global leadership informs how she advises senior executives under chronic high-stakes pressure.
She holds a doctorate from Pepperdine University, a Harvard master's degree with High Honors, and executive credentials from Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School. She serves as President of the Nevada Chapter of the Alumnae-i Network for Harvard Women.
